Enjoy a family day out on Guys & Hylton Allotments (near Flowerpots Playing Fields in St Thomas). Allotment-holders are inviting families and groups to an Open Day on Saturday 13 June 2009.  complete and send off for free tickets

There will be a full programme of activities:

• Be the guest of an allotment holder and get answers to your growing problems
• Make your own Pizza to have with allotment salad for your lunch
• Learn how to make and plant up a Sack Mound (African style)
• Help sow seeds and plant up a new plot
• Take part in the Vegetable Quiz!
• Try making Compost and a Wormery
• Other exhibitions ... to be announced

This event is open to everyone in Exeter with priority given to people living in St David's, Exwick, St Thomas and St James. It runs from 10am to 3.30pm and lunch is provided (and you can cook your own!)

If you have lots of gardening knowledge - or none at all - you will enjoy a day with enthusiastic allotment holders and share lunch with them. And if you do not have a garden, learn how to grow lots in a small space.

We have 100 Free Places! Book your place now. We will send you joining instructions, directions and your tickets by post nearer the time.

Admission is FREE by ticket. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. To get your free tickets, just print off the form and send it to
